Do you need a few more reasons to lose weight?  Try out these:1) Being able to go to my closet and put anything on and have it fit and look good!2) Being able to purchase clothes and not worry about having to replace with smaller clothes when I lose more weight.3) Having more energy.4) Being healthy inside as well as out.5) Be there long enough that people say that can’t imagine you at a heavier weight6)Having more energy.7)Having control of my life.8)Preventing many illnesses and disease (even cancer per AMC)9)Feeling good in your own skin10)Looking forward to shopping and trying on clothes11)Not having to avoid three way mirrors12)Having BEFORE pictures to show off proudly13)Not having to hide when people bring out their cameras14) Wanting to go to parties and socialize15)Weighing what it actually says on your Drivers’ License16)Not afraid to go to the doctor because he/she makes you get on the scale17)Liking yourself and feeling empowered to do anything18)Living a longer and better life19)Walking into a WW meeting & having members look at me like “What’s she doing here?”20) I’m not in pain any more. I simply FEEL better.21) No more worries about other health issues, e.g., high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and the type II diabetes is under control, etc.22) Being more comfortable when I travel for business. No more seat extensions on planes, no more feeling pinched in the economy class seats, no more wary looks from travelers who must sit next to me, etc.
